Returns Policy

We aim to provide the highest grade and best value ugg boots available. It is however important to understand that our ugg boots are hand stitched and constructed from a natural leather and so there are variations in each pair.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing. If you do not accept any of the following conditions please do not continue with your purchase and contact us to discuss your issue.

Intended Use

Our ugg boots are designed to be worn indoors. While sheepskin can be treated to be water resistant we advise all customers to wear their boots inside to prolong the life of their boots.

Faulty Ugg Boots

If you have received ugg boots which are faulty please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your boots for a free exchange.

Wrong Size

If you have ordered the incorrect size please contact us to arrange for a replacement pair. We will however ask that you cover the cost of return freight. We will not accept size replacements for pairs which have been worn. Please take the time to follow our sizing guide carefully and purchase on the foot measurement size.

Wrong Color or Style

If we have supplied the incorrect color or style please contact us upon receiving your order for an immediate replacement.

Changed Mind

Due to replacement cost we are unable to provide refunds for customers who have changed their mind, for this reason we ask that you are 100% sure you wish to purchase before doing so.

Unwanted Gift

If you purchase our ugg boots as a gift and wish to return them we can do so with a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

Due to the nature of wear we offer a 1 month warranty on our ugg boots. If your boots are faulty during this time please contact us. Please keep in mind shoes manufactured from much stronger synthetic materials and machine stitched are also typically supplied with a 1 month warranty, or no warranty at all.
